We learned about this interesting and useful educational technology tool for teachers, students and parents. All of us enjoyed Edmodo, and we practice the design of different tests.
Teachers can open an account for using Edmodo, following theses simple steps:
- Go to www.edmodo.com. Select the button "I'm a Teacher"
- Fill out the registration form and select the button "Sign up" to complete the sign up process
- Check the e-mail for a confirmation to view the next steps for setting up the Edmodo Account.

Edmodo network enables teachers to share content, and share quizzes, assignments, and manage communications with students, colleagues, and parents. Parents and students can only join Edmodo if they are invited by a teacher.
Benefits of using Edmodo
- It is safe because students do not need to include personal information in profile
- It is free
- Students can share blogs, links, videos, documents, presentations, and so on.
- Students can participate in online discussions
- Teachers can expand their Personal Learning Network (PLN)

Your information about Edmodo is really helpful. I have never used Edmodo, so I would like to see how it is compared to Schoology which seems to be a little similar.
